Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at TDF Vending LLC. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@tdfvending.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the issue in your email to expedite the process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Beauty and Perfume Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, or perfume if the product seal has been broken or the item has been used.
  • Sale items or gift cards: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@tdfvending.com.
